Order cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of placement, before the order has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact our team immediately at orders@martflow.com.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method and authorise us to charge your payment method for the total order amount.
The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MartFlow and its licensors. Our trademark and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of MartFlow.
All photographs, copy, designs, and branding on this site are protected by copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or transmission of any content from this site is prohibited.
MartFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
