How It Works

The Return Process

Initiate Online

Email us at returns@martflow.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We'll respond within one business day with a return authorisation.

Pack Securely

Repack the items in their original packaging or a suitable alternative. Include your return authorisation slip inside the parcel with all original tags still attached.

Ship It Back

Drop your parcel at any authorised carrier location using the prepaid return label we provide. Keep your tracking receipt until your refund is confirmed.

Receive Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Eligible Returns

Items returned within 30 days of delivery date
Unworn and unwashed in original condition
All original tags and packaging intact
Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Items purchased at full price (sale items — see exclusions)

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale and clearance items (marked at checkout)
Intimate apparel and swimwear for hygiene reasons
Items showing signs of wear, wash, or alteration
Items returned after the 30-day window
Gift cards and store credit

Exchanges

We offer free size and colour exchanges on all full-price items within 30 days. To request an exchange, please email exchanges@martflow.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead. Subject to stock availability.
